Not a big story in a game in Mechelen where 7th ranked DutchLeeuwarden (11-9) was rolled over by third ranked Belgian Kangoeroes (15-5) 89-69 on Saturday. Americans were the main players on the court. The best player for the winners was forward Aundre Hyatt (198-2000, college: Rutgers) who scored 24 points and 9 rebounds. Center Brayden Parker (203-2002, college: Idaho St.) chipped in a double-double by scoring 20 points and 14 rebounds. Four Kangoeroes players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Robin Duncan (196-1998, college: Vermont) who recorded 14 points and point guard Joel Murray (183-1999, college: LBSU, agency: Slash Sports) added 12 points respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Kangoeroes have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. Mechelen maintains third place with 15-5 record having just three points less than leader Oostende. Leeuwarden at the other side dropped to the eighth position with nine games lost. They share it with Charleroi.
